(More customer reviews)The bowls are really cute and love the rubber under neath the bowl. However, the ink from the design came off one on of my puppy's bowls. I had bought him 2 1qt sized bowls 2 different colors though. I contacted Loving Pets and the customer service rep asked me how I washed the bowls. I guess the company had a few other complaints of this happening to other's people's bowls. I said by hand, customer service rep, said oil (I am guessing veg or other kind) it wears the ink off :(. The customer service rep very nice and sent Judah a free box of treats because of this mishap. At any rate, a NEW BOWL would have been better.
