Our Golden Retriever is a very gentle chewer and we were looking for a small, ALL NATURAL rawhide (everything in the store seems to be soaked in beef/chicken broth and we find it just plain unnecessary and messy- yuk!). The item is exactly as advertised (5" twist - 100 count) and shipping cost was very fair when considering all the effort/gas we saved by not having to locate them in the stores! Our golden LOVES them and so do we. We agree the item may be a bit small for aggressive chewers, but Amazon carries a Premium Natural Compressed 9-10" rolled/stick chew that should work as an alternative to this product (we purchased them as well and they are also outstanding in quality and cost!)
